This is the Gerner Ventures blog. We'll be writing about experiments, frameworks, and the honest reality of building products from scratch.
Why build in public? Three reasons:
- Accountability. When you publish your kill conditions before you have results, you can't move the goalposts after.
- Signal. Good writing about what you're actually doing is better marketing than any landing page.
- Compounding. Each post is a reference for future decisions. "Why did we do X?" has an answer link.
We'll publish case study breakdowns when experiments conclude, framework posts when we refine the process, and honest retrospectives when things don't work.
No vanity metrics. No growth hacking tips. Just the work.
